HELP, my sites are down!

It is entirely possible that your sites are down. Please be aware that our monitoring system checks your sites every 5 mintues, and should there be a problem, the server is automatically rebooted thereby making most downtimes less than 20 minutes.

Should your site be down more than 20 mins, feel free to write in so that we can advise what is happening as your sites should not be down longer than that.

Note: It is entirely possible that your IP address is blocked (by our security system), or any other number of possibilities.
So again, if the issue doesn't resolve by itself within 20 minutes, please let us know so we can check further for you.

**VERY IMPORTANT** When creating a site/server down ticket, please be sure to at least include your domain name, and any error that your browser may be displaying to you.
